Lindsey Yap - Ni-IDA Modified Peptide for Dimerization of Proteins via His-Tag

Abstract
A method of dimerizing proteins using nickel-IDA groups attached by a polyproline type II helix. This method provides an alternative way of bringing proteins together in order to study protein-protein interactions.
