Tracking the Impact of Your Research

How the Library Can Help You Track the Impact of Your Research:

Lehigh's library makes available databases that have a special feature.  They let you start with a known document (e.g., a journal paper) and then generate references that it cites and/or documents published later in time that cite it.  The number of times a doucment has been cited gives an idea of its impact.  So these databases provide a great way to track the influence of your research.

To identify these databases, plus learn other ways they can help you, see the library guide "Cited/Citing Resources: Building Bibliographies and Tracking Research Impact."

If you need assistance of a librarian, don't hesitate to ask.
