Oldrich Foucek, III is an Equity Member of Norris, McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. Formerly, Ollie was a founding partner of Tallman, Hudders & Sorrentino, serving on its Management Committee until that law firm merged with Norris, McLaughlin in 2009. For much of his career in the law, Ollie has been a trial lawyer, representing clients in business related disputes. He also advises business entities and business owners on a variety of legal issues; and, he assists entrepreneurs who are supported by Ben Franklin Technology Partners as they grow their businesses.
Mr. Foucek graduated with high honors from Lehigh in 1972, with a B.A. in American Studies and he received his J.D. degree in 1975 from Case Western Reserve University, where he was an editor of the Law Review.
An active volunteer for Lehigh, Mr. Foucek currently chairs the Friends of Zoellner Arts Center Committee and serves on the Cultural Affairs Subcommittee of the Board of Trustees. He has also served Lehigh as Class President, member and President of the Board of the Alumni Association, Chair of the Annual Fund and nine years as a member of the Board of Trustees. He received the Alumni Award in 1992.
Ollie is also active in the community, presently serving on the Board and Executive Committee of The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, as Chair of the Allentown City Planning Commission, on the Board of Allentown Neighborhood Improvement Zone Development Authority, and on the Board of Saucon Valley Country Club, where he is the Club’s Secretary. Previously, he was a member and President of the Board of Pennsylvania Stage Company and a founding member of the Board of Touchstone Theater.
Ollie lives in Allentown, PA. He and his wife, Andrea (a retired school psychologist) have two daughters, Alexis (Lehigh ’05) and Arielle (Lehigh ’09), both of whom live and work in New York City.
